This directory contains geneid predictions obtained from the masked goldenPath (Genoscope) tetraodon genome assembly from February, 2004

The geneid predictions have been output in five formats for each one of the 22 chromosomes (+ 6 "random" chromosomes):

-geneid

-gff

-gtf

-prot (amino acid sequences of the predicted proteins)

-cds  (CDS's of all predicted sequences)

Hence, the files in this directory have been named following the format:

chr2.gff

chr2.geneid

chr2.prot

chr2.cds

chr2.gtf

,according to the output format.
