This directory contains geneid predictions on the May 2005 assembly of the rabbit genome (oryCun1) obtained from the Broad Institute. More information may be found http://www.broad.mit.edu/mammals/.  

Predictions were obtained on the 215,471 (masked) scaffolds that constitute this assembly of the rabbit genome. 201,764 of these scaffolds produced geneid predictions.
