This directory contains geneid predictions obtained from the Human goldenPath genome assembly from Apr 5th, 2002 (from ncbi human genome assembly build 29).

The geneid predictions have been output in five formats for each one of the 24 chromosomes:

-geneid

-gff

-gtf

-prot (amino acid sequences of the predicted proteins)

-cds  (CDS's of all predicted sequences)

Hence, the files in this directory have been named following the format:

chr2.gff

chr2.geneid

chr2.prot

chr2.cds

chr2.gtf

,according to the output format.
