This directory contains geneid predictions obtained from goldenPath genome assembly from December 22th, 2002

The geneid predictions have been output in five formats for each one of the 24 chromosomes:

-geneid

-gff

-gtf

-prot (amino acid sequences of the predicted proteins)

-cds  (CDS's of all predicted sequences)

Hence, the files in this directory have been named following the format:

chr2.gff

chr2.geneid

chr2.prot

chr2.cds

chr2.gtf

,according to the output format.
