This directory contains geneid predictions on the March 2006 assembly of the lancelet genome (braFlo1) obtained from the DOE Joint Genome Institute (JGI). More information may be found in http://genome.jgi-psf.org/Brafl1/Brafl1.info.html.  

Predictions were obtained on the chrUn (masked) sequence that constitute this assembly of the lancelet genome. Geneid produced 55,237 predictions on this genome.
